On December 7, 2019, there was organized the event to promote among students the content of the speech of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev at the solemn meeting dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the theme “The Constitution and the rule of law is the most important criterion of a legal democratic state and civil society”.

The event was opened and held by Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs of the University Alym Duysenbayev. Alym Duysenbayev congratulated the participants of the meeting on the 27th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and noted about the ongoing wide-ranging reforms, modernization and development in our country in various fields, especially in judicial and legal matters, youth education and the prevention of delinquency and crime, as well as propaganda among the population in cooperation with law enforcement agencies on the content of the speech of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on December 7, 2019 at the solemn meeting, dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Judge of the Criminal Court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan A.Abdikarimov, chairman of the Karakalpak Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan M.Aljanov also spoke at the event. In their speeches, the speakers noted the preventive measures taken in educating young people and preventing delinquency and crime among them, and also provided the meeting participants with statistical information on the offenses and crimes that had occurred.

Students asked representatives of the sphere questions and received answers.
