Head of the Civil Engineering Department of Karakalpak State University Rustam Eshniyazov, as a finalist of the Faculty Enrichment Program, since the 23-th of august of 2021 is having professional development training at the Civil and Ecological Engineering Department of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which is among the TOP-1000 Educational Universities of the world and one of the TOP Research universities of the USA. Currently Rustam Eshniyazov is carrying out researches in collaboration  with colleagues from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, attending classes, participating in all activities of the hosting Department, as well as learning American Higher Educational system, particularly credit technology, to which currently we are transforming our Higher Education in Uzbekistan.  To fulfill next step of his program, on the 20-th of October, 2021, Rustam Eshniyazov  had lecture for the  Civil and Industrial Engineering students of the University Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA on Course 112 “Engineering Drawing and Computer Aided Design”.
