The traditional meeting with first-year students was held at the Department of “English language and literature” of the Faculty of “Foreign Languages” KSU, in which took part the dean of the faculty Associate Professor Dj.Kurbanbayev, head of the Department Associate Professor Z. Uteshova, senior teacher F. Atashova and other teachers and tutors of the department. They congratulated the students on the occasion of their admission to our university and the beginning of the new academic year.

For many years, such a meeting has been one of the brightest traditions that exist in our university. Being a first-year student is an important and exciting moment in the life of every student, full of vivid emotions and unforgettable impressions.
That’s why the purpose of such a meeting is to acquaint first-year students with the traditions of the faculty, the history of the faculty and department, with professors and teachers who are the founders of the Department of English language and literature, as well as to unite a team of students who will help to more successfully adapt to new educational conditions for first-year students.
