This strategy will focus on expanding global partnerships, improving educational quality, promoting research, encouraging cultural exchange, and introducing innovative academic programs, such as the Double Degree Program, to meet the market demand for qualified professionals.

2. Objectives:

Expand International Academic Partnerships: Develop and strengthen partnerships with leading universities and research institutions worldwide to facilitate student and staff exchange programs, joint research initiatives, and the sharing of best academic practices.
Introduce Double Degree Programs: Launch Double Degree Programs with leading universities globally, especially in fields aligned with today’s market demand for highly qualified professionals. These programs will allow students to earn degrees from both Karakalpak State University and an international partner institution, enhancing their employability and global competitiveness.
