On January 28, 2020, a meeting with students on the topic “Internal Affairs Officer and Youth” was held at the Palace of Culture of Karakalpak State University.

It was attended by the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Colonel A. Temirkhanov, the head of the department of the Karakalpak Republican Department of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Colonel M. Yusupov, relevant specialists and students.

The event was opened and hosted by the Vice-Rector of the University for Youth Affairs O.Duysenbaev.
Then the Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Colonel A.Temirkhanov spoke. In his speech, he noted that over the years of independence, large-scale work has been carried out to educate spiritually and physically healthy, patriotic and self-confident young people, protect their rights and interests, informed about the meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev with the youth of our country on December 27 in 2019, at the specialized school named after Muhammad Al-Khwarizmi in Tashkent, he noted the priority tasks that must be completed to ensure the fulfillment of the tasks set.

Тhe head of the department of the Karakalpak Republican Department of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Colonel M. Yusupov, said that the greatest happiness in the world is peace, tranquility and prosperity.
The meeting was held in an open form, and students received answers to their questions.
During the meeting, several students who are a model were awarded honorary diplomas by the head of the department.

After the meeting, a seminar was organized for students. Young people got acquainted with military equipment and weapons.
