Nowadays relations in the field of science and education between Ege University of Turkey and Karakalpak State University are expanding along with other foreign educational institutions. In this regard, on June 10-15, 2023, a delegation led by Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation of Karakalpak State University Izymbet Turdymambetov visited Ege University in Izmir, Turkey.

   The purpose of this visit is the implementation of promising projects in the direction of joint scientific research in 2022 in accordance with the Memorandum of Cooperation drawn up by the rectors of the Karakalpak State University and Ege University, as well as the further development of relations between these two higher educational institutions.

   Also, the delegation of the University took part in the “2nd International Congress on Innovative Technologies and Engineering”, held at Ege University on June 12-13, 2023. During the scientific visit, Vice-Rector of the University, Izymbet Turdymambetov, had a conversation with the vice-rectors of Ege University Mekhmet Ersan and Banu Yudjel, as well as with Deputy Coordinator for International Relations of the same educational institution, Pinar Fedakalar, about the opening of a joint education program between these two universities in some specialties of the magistracy about the differences between the two universities, and also discussed with the professors-teachers of Ege University the implementation of a number of joint scientific projects, in particular, in the fields of geography, mathematics, biology, physics and electric power industry and reached an agreement on the further work of joint scientific projects and their implementation.
